Return and Refund

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products (excluding sale items and accessories) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted. All refunds are made through online wallet services such as Vodafone cash or through bank transfers – even if the original payment was by cash. Refunds may take from 5 to 7 days upon receiving the package at our return department to reflect on the bank statement. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds can also take place at any of our stores in Cairo with the original receipt invoice included in the package.

Please note that if the product is in used condition or is missing any tags or the original invoice receipt, a return will not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after you paid by VISA you may do so within two hours of placing it. Later than that, and you will be charged with the processing fees (2.75% of order total + 3 EGP)
